Project: Atlantic Street Walkway Trail

A walking path was installed at the junction of S. Atlantic Street and 23rd Avenue South to enhance safety and accessibility for pedestrians, cyclists, and individuals with disabilities. The ADA-compliant concrete walkway establishes a stronger pedestrian link between Sam Smith Park, Jimi Hendrix Park, the Northwest African American Museum, the residential area near the 23rd Avenue corridor, and the upcoming (light rail transit) Judkins Park Station.​​​
